  • I graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine.<\/li>
  • In the same faculty, I completed the Internal Medicine specialization in 2005 and the upper specialization in Rheumatology in 2008.<\/li>
  • In 2007, I was entitled to receive a certificate after training in Musculoskeletal System Ultrasonography at the Department of Rheumatology at Politechnica della Marche University in Italy.<\/li>
  • I fulfilled my national duty as a Rheumatology specialist at G\u00fclhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) between February 2009 and January 2010.<\/li>
  • I established the Rheumatology Clinic in Diyarbak\u0131r State Hospital, where I was appointed in February 2010 due to the State Service Obligation. As the Founding Deputy Chief Physician of Diyarbak\u0131r Training and Research Hospital, I took an active role in the planning and opening of the hospital.<\/li>
  • In 2015, I received the Sacroiliac MRI-Trainer Certificate in Spondylarthritis from \"Care Arthritis\/Arthritis Research and Education in Canada\".<\/li>
  • Between August 2016 and July 2017, I worked as a Clinical Fellow at the Addenbrooke's Hospital Vasculitis and Lupus Clinic, University of Cambridge, England.<\/li>
  • I took part in the establishment of Hacettepe University Vasculitis Research Center (HUVAC). I have been serving as the director since I was appointed as the founder and director in 2014.\u00a0<\/li>
  • I was awarded the title of Professor in July 2018.<\/li>
  • The diseases I am interested in are rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other spondyloarthritis, lupus, Sj\u00f6gren and other connective tissue diseases, vasculitis and Familial Mediterranean Fever.<\/li>
  • I am a Member of the Executive Committee of Hacettepe Clinical Research Center (H\u00dcKAM).<\/li>
  • I was a member of the Executive Committee of the Society of Rheumatology in Turkey in 2012-2016, the Supervisory Board in 2016-2018, and the Scientific Board since 2018.<\/li>
  • Since 2018, I have been serving as the Chair of the Executive Committee of Hacettepe Internal Medicine Society.<\/li>
  • I have publications and researches in more than 180 foreign languages, as well as being a referee in many international journals such as the Annals of Rheumatic Disease, Rheumatology (Oxford), Internal and Emergency Medicine.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
